Servnet are currently growing their mid-market/enterprise business and are looking for seasoned sales professionals with an appetite to grow with us. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience selling business led infrastructure solutions into the UK market. In return, Servnet will offer market leading basic salaries and uncapped commission structures of up to 30%. Our HQ is on Fleet Street, London but we do have a remote worker policy for people that are self-motivated and driven to succeed.

He or she will have the responsibility for delivering Gross Margin contribution targets through net new name customer acquisition into Servnet. He or she will take ownership of personal sales targets and KPI’s that are set and deliver personal activity that drives this achievement. He or she will be tenacious in their approach and capable or selling complex solutions from the entire Servnet portfolio, reviewing the “White Space” areas within a new prospect account in order to identify where Servnet can be positioned.

An Internal Account Manager within Servnet will work very closely and support both the Account Managers and Account Directors within their businesses to ensure that all back office activity is taken care of such as producing quotations, obtaining pricing from suppliers and dealing with day to day questions and queries should either the Account Manager or Account Director be out of the office for any reason. This support function is an office based role. However, here may be instances where smaller day to day business as usual accounts will be handed over to the Internal Account Manager to manage.

An Account Manager within Servnet has full responsibility for a select portfolio of mid to high spending and existing client accounts that they have both developed and nurtured over time. He or she will have overall responsibility and accountability for increasing growth both wider and deeper into the accounts that they manage using the full Servnet products and services portfolio. The primary focus of this role is that he or she will be responsible to ensure that they looked after and remain a long term Servnet customer.

Description: An Account Director within Servnet has full responsibility of a select portfolio of very large spending and high activity existing clients that they have both developed and nurtured over time. He or she will adopt a consultative approach at all times and have overall responsibility and accountability for increasing growth both wider and deeper into the accounts that they manage using the full Servnet products and services portfolio. He or she will be involved in the client’s IT strategies company/business wide. He or she will also have exceptionally strong relationships with Senior Managers and Directors on the client side.
