The FortiGate 70G is the G-series successor to the FG-60F, maintaining the same 10 GE RJ45 port layout while delivering significantly higher IPS throughput (2.5 Gbps vs 1.4 Gbps) and double the concurrent session capacity (1.4 million vs 700,000). This makes it the right choice when the 60F's session table or IPS performance becomes a bottleneck.
