Instead of pairing a modest CPU with a discrete GPU, it uses a single high-core-count APU with a large unified memory pool, making it uniquely suited to local AI workloads and graphics-heavy professional work in a sub-1.6 kg chassis that travels easily.
The headline silicon is the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 395: 16 desktop-class Zen 5 cores (32 threads, up to 5.1 GHz), integrated AMD Radeon 8060S graphics that perform like a discrete GPU, and a 50 TOPS NPU. The defining capability is unified memory - up to 128 GB of LPDDR5x, of which up to 96 GB can be assigned exclusively to the GPU.
