Designed for the most demanding enterprise workloads, the NX-8155A-G9 offers substantially higher compute density and memory capacity than the 3000-series — up to 3 TB of DRAM per node and 12 LFF storage bays for storage-intensive deployments.
The platform is purpose-built for the workloads where raw performance matters most: in-memory databases (SAP HANA, Oracle), large-scale analytics and data warehousing, big data processing, and AI/ML model training. The EPYC 9004's exceptional memory bandwidth and PCIe 5.0 connectivity make the NX-8155A-G9 competitive with purpose-built database appliances — while bringing those workloads into the unified Nutanix HCI operational model managed by Prism Central.
Like all NX platforms, the NX-8155A-G9 ships with Nutanix AOS and AHV pre-installed and is fully compatible with the Nutanix Cloud Platform software stack.
