The RTX 3000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU (8 GB GDDR6) is the centre of the proposition. With Ada-architecture ray tracing, AV1 encode and NVIDIA's certified professional drivers, it is ISV-certified for the major CAD and DCC applications - substantially more capable than the Firefly's RTX A500 for rendering, simulation and 3D viewport work, while staying well short of the Fury's power draw and weight. Intel Core Ultra 5/7/9 H-series CPUs (up to the 16-core Ultra 9 185H) with optional vPro and an AI Boost NPU handle the compute side.
Expandability is a defining ZBook trait here: two SODIMM slots take up to 64 GB of DDR5-5600 and dual M.2 slots take up to 8 TB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe, so large datasets and asset libraries live locally. The 16-inch 2K (2560 x 1600) 120 Hz display is sharp and smooth, with a 1000-nit HP Sure View Reflect privacy option, and connectivity covers dual Thunderbolt 4 (DisplayPort 2.1), HDMI 2.1, RJ-45, Wi-Fi 6E and optional 5G and SmartCard.
