Common questions

Is the HP EliteBook 6 G1i a Copilot+ PC?

No. It uses Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors with an Intel AI Boost NPU rated up to 13 TOPS, which is below Microsoft's 40-TOPS Copilot+ requirement. It fully supports Windows 11 Pro, the Copilot key and Copilot in Windows, and runs on-device AI features such as Windows Studio Effects, but it is not badged as a Copilot+ PC. If a Copilot+ NPU is essential, ask us about the Snapdragon-based EliteBook 6 G1q.

Does it have Thunderbolt 4?

Yes. Every EliteBook 6 G1i is Intel-based, so all configurations include two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports (40Gbps, DisplayPort 2.1, USB Power Delivery and HP Sleep and Charge), alongside two USB-A 5Gbps ports, HDMI 2.1 and RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet.

Can I get Intel vPro for remote management?

vPro is available on the eligible processors in this line - the Core Ultra 7 265H, 265U and Core Ultra 5 235U support Intel vPro. The stocked UK configurations here use non-vPro processors (225H, 255H, 255U, 225U), so ask Servnet to quote a vPro build if centralised out-of-band manageability is required.

What screen sizes and panels are available?

The family spans 13.3", 14" and 16". Panels run from a WUXGA (1920x1200) IPS anti-glare display to an optional 2.5K (2560x1600) 120Hz VRR panel at 400 nits, or a WUXGA HP Sure View 5 integrated-privacy panel that reaches 800 nits - all with HP Eye Ease low blue light, with touch options on selected models.

What warranty and security are included as standard?

Each unit ships with a 1-year HP limited warranty and a one-year HP Wolf Pro Security Edition licence, plus a TCG TPM 2.0 chip and HP's Sure Start, Sure Recover and Sure Sense protections. Servnet can add multi-year on-site or next-business-day HP Care Pack cover on request.
