16 GB single-channel or 32 GB dual-channel
All three carry the RTX 500 Ada GPU, so the real choice is memory and storage. The 32 GB build (21KS0004UK) uses two matched 16 GB modules — dual-channel, so more bandwidth and the Intel Arc integrated graphics enabled — while the 16 GB builds run a single module. All three keep two SO-DIMM slots for later upgrades to 96 GB. We quote all three with volume breaks and deployment.

Do all three stocked models have the NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada GPU?

Yes. All three UK configurations — 21KS0006UK, 21KS0042UK and 21KS0004UK — ship with the discrete NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada Generation Laptop GPU and 4 GB of GDDR6. They differ by memory and SSD capacity, not graphics.

What is the difference between the 16 GB and 32 GB builds?

The 16 GB builds (21KS0006UK and 21KS0042UK) use a single 16 GB SO-DIMM, so they run single-channel; the 32 GB build (21KS0004UK) uses two matched 16 GB modules, which runs dual-channel — more memory bandwidth, and enough to enable Intel Arc integrated graphics alongside the RTX 500. All three keep two SO-DIMM slots and scale to 96 GB.

How does the P16s Gen 3 compare with a ThinkPad T16?

The P16s Gen 3 is the mobile workstation: it adds the discrete NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada professional GPU and Lenovo's AI-Ready Workstation classification. The T16 shares much of the 16-inch chassis language but is an integrated-graphics business laptop without the Pro GPU.

Can it drive multiple monitors and docks?

Yes — up to four independent displays (the built-in panel plus three external) via the two Thunderbolt 4 ports and HDMI 2.1, and it supports standard Thunderbolt and USB-C docking solutions. A single Thunderbolt 4 output can drive up to 7680 × 4320 at 60 Hz.
