Are ThinkPads still as repairable as the legacy reputation suggests?
The T-series and X1 Carbon retain user-serviceable RAM (T-series), storage and battery in most configurations — meaningful for fleet RMA workflows. The X9 Aura is slightly less serviceable (soldered RAM) by virtue of its Project Aura reference design. We document the serviceability profile in every fleet quote.
