The P14s adds a certified NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada GPU and two serviceable DDR5 SO-DIMM slots to the T14-class chassis — the choice for engineers and designers who need certified drivers and mid-life memory upgrades without stepping up to a 16-inch mobile workstation. We quote both stocked builds with volume breaks, leasing and imaging.

📦 135 W USB-C slim AC adapter and power cable in the box. Optional Lenovo bundled adapters (USB-C to DisplayPort, USB-C to Ethernet, USB-C to VGA, HDMI to VGA) available.

Both stocked configurations run the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H with the NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada GPU, 16 GB DDR5-5600 (two SO-DIMM slots), the 14.5" WUXGA anti-glare panel, a 5 MP + IR camera, Wi-Fi 6E and Windows 11 Pro. They differ only on SSD — 1 TB (21G2004TUK) or 512 GB (21G20005UK). WQXGA / 3K displays, the 75 Wh battery, 96 GB memory, a smart-card reader and larger SSDs are configurable to order.

How is the P14s Gen 5 different from the ThinkPad T14 Gen 5?

The P14s shares the T14-class chassis but adds a discrete NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada Generation GPU (4 GB GDDR6) with certified professional drivers and ISV-workstation certifications. If your users run CAD, BIM, GIS or 3D tools that benefit from certified GPU drivers, the P14s is the right pick; for general office work the T14 is lighter on the wallet.

Can the memory be upgraded later?

Yes. Unlike soldered-memory ultraportables, the P14s Gen 5 uses two DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM slots and supports up to 96 GB (2 × 48 GB). Our stocked builds ship 16 GB, so there is real headroom to upgrade mid-life — one of the reasons engineering teams favour this chassis.

What is the difference between the two stocked configurations?

Both run the Core Ultra 7 155H with the NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada GPU, 16 GB DDR5, the WUXGA panel, Wi-Fi 6E and Windows 11 Pro. The 21G2004TUK carries a 1 TB SSD; the 21G20005UK carries a 512 GB SSD. Does it support Thunderbolt docking and multiple monitors?
