Step up to the Core Ultra 7 255U for the higher CPU tier and the 500-nit 100% sRGB low-power panel, or stay on the Ultra 5 225U for cost; full Intel vPro Enterprise needs a Core Ultra 235U/265U build to order. We quote all three in one order with volume breaks.

Common questions

Core Ultra 5 225U or Ultra 7 255U — which build?

Standardise on the 225U for general-productivity fleets on cost — it is the volume choice. Step up to the 255U for the higher Ultra 7 CPU tier and the brighter 500-nit 100% sRGB low-power display. Note that neither stocked build is Intel vPro Enterprise — the 255U carries vPro Essentials only (no AMT out-of-band management), so full vPro Enterprise on the T16 Gen 4 needs a Core Ultra 235U or 265U configuration built to order. All three stocked builds share the 16 GB / 512 GB WUXGA base and take the same docks and accessories, so mixed estates stay manageable.

Is this a Copilot+ PC?

No — the stocked Core Ultra 5 225U and Core Ultra 7 255U are 'Arrow Lake' U-series AI PCs with roughly 12 TOPS NPUs. Copilot+ requires a 40+ TOPS NPU, which on the T16 Gen 4 comes from the Core Ultra 200V 'Lunar Lake' option built to order. If on-device Copilot+ AI features are on your roadmap, ask us to quote a Lunar Lake configuration.

Is the memory upgradeable?

Yes on these builds. The Arrow Lake U configurations use two DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM slots and ship 16 GB (2 × 8 GB), upgradeable to 64 GB. Note that if you configure the Lunar Lake option instead, its memory is soldered on-package and fixed at order.

What's the difference between the two Core Ultra 5 225U builds?

Battery and weight. 21QE002UUK pairs the 52.5 Wh battery with a 65 W adapter and starts at 1.76 kg; 21QE002XUK fits the larger 86 Wh battery and a 100 W adapter at 1.89 kg for longer runtime. Processor, WUXGA panel, 16 GB memory, 512 GB SSD and Wi-Fi 6E are identical between them.
