Core Ultra 5 builds (21R3001BUK / FUK) pair with Wi-Fi 6E; Core Ultra 7 builds (21R3001XUK / TUK) add Wi-Fi 7, and 21R3001TUK carries the premium 500-nit 100% sRGB display. 32 / 64 GB memory, WWAN 4G/5G, smart-card and Privacy Guard panels are configurable to order.

Common questions

What's the difference between the four stocked configurations?

All four share the 14" WUXGA touch convertible chassis, 16 GB LPDDR5x, 512 GB Gen4 SSD and Windows 11 Pro. Two use the Core Ultra 5 225U with Wi-Fi 6E (21R3001BUK, 21R3001FUK); two use the faster Core Ultra 7 255U with Wi-Fi 7 (21R3001XUK, 21R3001TUK). The 21R3001TUK adds the premium 500-nit 100% sRGB low-power display — the others use the 400-nit 45% NTSC panel.

Is the memory or storage upgradeable?

The 16 GB LPDDR5x is soldered to the board and cannot be upgraded, so specify the right capacity at purchase (32 GB and 64 GB are configurable to order). The 512 GB SSD is a standard M.2 2280 PCIe Gen4 module and can be replaced or upsized up to 2 TB.

Does it come with a pen?

The stocked configurations do not bundle a pen. The T14s 2-in-1 supports the Lenovo Yoga Pen, which attaches magnetically and adds tilt detection and USB-C charging — we can add it to any order.

Can it take a SIM / mobile broadband?

Not out of the box — the stocked builds are Wi-Fi only, but every unit is WWAN antenna-ready, so a 4G LTE or 5G Sub-6 WWAN modem and nano-SIM slot can be fitted. Ask us to quote a WWAN build.
