The 21QT models are the 14.5-inch Intel Core Ultra workstation (aluminium chassis, Thunderbolt 4, 100 W charger, optional NVIDIA RTX PRO 500/1000 Blackwell GPU); the 21QL/21RV models are the lighter 14-inch AMD Ryzen AI PRO build (from 1.39 kg, Wi-Fi 7, 65 W charger). All ship Windows 11 Pro, backlit UK keyboards, discrete TPM 2.0 and Opal-capable NVMe. Higher memory, WQXGA/OLED panels, NFC, 5G WWAN (AMD) and smart-card readers configurable to order.

They are two different machines under one name. The Intel 21QT build is a 14.5" aluminium chassis with Core Ultra H-series silicon, optional NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell graphics, Thunderbolt 4, a 100 W adapter and up to a 75 Wh battery. The AMD 21QL/21RV build is a lighter 14" composite chassis from 1.39 kg with Ryzen AI PRO 300 silicon, integrated Radeon graphics, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, optional 4G/5G WWAN and a 65 W adapter. Choose Intel for a discrete GPU and vPro; AMD for weight, battery efficiency, Copilot+ and mobile broadband.

Yes — Lenovo classes the P14s Gen 6 as an AI-Ready mobile workstation in the ThinkPad P line. Intel configurations can carry professional NVIDIA RTX PRO 500 (6 GB) or RTX PRO 1000 (8 GB) Blackwell GPUs with ISV-certified drivers; both platforms support up to 96 GB memory and 2 TB of Opal-encrypted NVMe storage.
Can we upgrade the memory and SSD later?
Yes — unlike thin-and-light ultrabooks, both builds use two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots (to 96 GB) and a replaceable M.2 2280 NVMe slot (to 2 TB). Stocked configurations ship 16–64 GB of memory and 512 GB–1 TB SSDs; we can quote higher at order or leave headroom for in-life upgrades.
Which stocked configuration should we standardise on?
The 21QT006CUK (Ultra 7 255H, 32 GB, RTX PRO 500, 1 TB) is the balanced default; step up to 21QT0069UK (Ultra 7 265H vPro, RTX PRO 1000, 64 GB, WQXGA) for heavier GPU work, or the 21QT006DUK (Ultra 9 285H, WQXGA, Arc 140T) for a colour-accurate integrated-graphics build. For the lightest, most battery-efficient option choose the AMD 21RV001SUK (Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 370, 64 GB, Copilot+). Servnet quotes all six with volume breaks.
