📦 USB-C AC adapter and power cable in the box on every configuration — Dell's box-contents list includes the adapter even where the distributor feed wrongly flags it as excluded on some part codes.

Common questions
Which of the six configurations should we standardise on?
Decide memory first — it is on-package and fixed for life. The 32 GB builds are 99HWP (Ultra 5 238V) and VPJ93 (Ultra 7 268V with the OLED touchscreen); the 16 GB builds pair the Ultra 5 236V (30V0P/PGYD8) or Ultra 7 266V (M3GJM/4WKTH). The Ultra 7s buy you 5 GHz boost, 12 MB cache, Arc 140V graphics and the 48 TOPS NPU. All six share the chassis, 512 GB SSD, 60 Wh battery and UK keyboard, so a mixed estate images identically.
Can we upgrade the memory or storage later?
Memory, no — Lunar Lake's LPDDR5x-8533 sits on the CPU package, so 16 or 32 GB is a decision you make once at order. Storage, yes in principle: the SSD is a standard M.2 2230 Gen4 module in a single slot. The battery is customer-replaceable and the USB-C ports are a screwed-in modular design, so the usual wear items are serviceable rather than terminal.
What exactly is different about VPJ93?
It is the flagship build: Core Ultra 7 268V, 32 GB, and the QHD+ (2880 × 1800) Tandem OLED touchscreen — 242 ppi, 100% DCI-P3, 1,000,000:1 contrast, 1 ms response, anti-reflective Gorilla Glass Victus. One caveat: Dell's 1.14 kg figure is the minimum weight and configuration-dependent, so expect the touch/OLED build to weigh more than the FHD+ builds.
Pro 14 Premium or Pro 14 Plus — which should we buy?
The Premium is the executive machine: recycled-magnesium chassis from 1.14 kg, all-Lunar-Lake with vPro Enterprise, the Tandem OLED option and the modular repairable design. The Pro 14 Plus is the heavier (1.53 kg as stocked) aluminium volume workhorse with broader options — socketed DDR5 to 64 GB on its 200U builds, a second USB-A port and optional RJ45. Choose Plus for upgradeability and port breadth, Premium for weight, screen and build quality.
