The SR650 V3 supports the Intel Xeon Scalable family in LGA 4677 sockets — 4th Gen Sapphire Rapids with up to 60 cores and 350W TDP, or 5th Gen Emerald Rapids with up to 64 cores and 385W TDP. Up to 4 UPI links at 20 GT/s deliver high inter-socket bandwidth for memory-intensive and latency-sensitive workloads.
32 DIMM slots support TruDDR5 at 4800 or 5600 MHz. Modules available from 16 GB through to 256 GB 3DS RDIMM per slot — with maximum system memory of 8 TB for large SAP HANA, in-memory analytics, and high VM density workloads.
AnyBay bays accept SAS, SATA, or NVMe PCIe drives in the same slot with no chassis modification required. Up to 40 x 2.5-inch front drives, plus 2 x rear drives and 2 x M.2 boot. With PCIe retimer adapters, up to 36 drives can be NVMe.
