Connect 8, 16, 32, or 48 serial devices — servers (via serial console port), network switches, routers, firewalls, UPS systems, PDUs, and any device with an RS-232 serial management port. All serial sessions are accessible remotely via SSH, Telnet, or the web UI without any third-party client.
The ACS8000 ships with a FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic module as standard — not an optional add-on. All remote management sessions use TLS 1.3 for in-transit encryption. IPsec VPN tunnels provide network-layer encryption for environments requiring end-to-end traffic isolation.
Built-in 4G LTE cellular connectivity provides a completely independent management path. When the primary network fails — whether due to a switch misconfiguration, fibre cut, or network attack — the ACS8000 automatically fails over to cellular, maintaining out-of-band access to all connected serial devices during the exact moment it is most needed.
