The Sentryum third-generation transformerless design achieves 96.6% efficiency in online double-conversion mode. In a 60kVA installation, the efficiency advantage versus a transformer-based UPS translates to approximately 2.1kW less continuous heat dissipation — a meaningful PUE improvement.
Hot-Swap Batteries — No Shutdown
Riello Sentinel Dual SDH and Vision Dual feature front-accessible hot-swap batteries — replaced without powering down the UPS or interrupting connected equipment. A key advantage for 24/7 server rooms where UPS shutdown is operationally disruptive.
Parallel Redundancy — Up to 8 Units
Multiple Sentryum units can be paralleled for N+1 or N+N redundancy — up to 8 units operating as a single logical UPS. Any unit failure is transparent to the load, with automatic load sharing and failover.
5-Inch Colour Touchscreen
All Sentryum models include a 5-inch colour touchscreen providing intuitive access to UPS status, alarms, battery information, and configuration — with multi-language support including English.
NetMan 208 — SNMP Management
The optional Riello NetMan 208 card provides SNMP v1/v2c/v3, Modbus TCP/IP, and a web interface for integration with DCIM platforms, NMS tools, and building management systems — compatible with all standard monitoring platforms.
Sentinel Dual SDH — Online. 1–3 kVA.
The Sentinel Dual SDH delivers true online double-conversion protection in a 2U rack/tower form factor — with hot-swap batteries that can be replaced without powering down the UPS. Zero transfer time, >0.98 input power factor, and 92% online efficiency.
